Cosmopolitan held it's "Fantastic Females" awards gala to recognize the success of its women, they need to hold the same event in multiple locations to cover all their regions around the country. P&V produced and managed an 18-city travelling show, using modular stage sets so that the overall theme was consistent but the set could be customized for each venue as needed. This way all their honorees around the country, in regions large and small, felt like they were getting the same, high quality event. Each venue provided its own set of challenges, and P&V needed to create and build consistent set designs, themed décor, and always live video projected onto the big screen..
